Human / Kelt

Alan Stivell is a harpist and singer from Brittany who has released more than twenty albums over the last fifty years. Since the mid-60s, he has a dedicated himself to pioneering new musical sonorities, mixing Celtic traditional music with ambient, folk and even British rock'n'roll. He has collaborated with famous artists such as the Irish singer Andrea Corr (The Corrs), Murray Head, Angelo Branduardi, Bob Geldof, Fatoumata Diawara, Lea Antona, Francis Cabrel and Yann Tiersen. On his new album, Human / Kelt, Stivell reworks old tracks while producing richly crafted new works that echo over half a century of musical compositions.
